Product prices and shipping fees are listed in TWD. Final amount will depend on your bank’s exchange rate.
▍Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delays may occur depending on international logistics conditions.
- We use 7-Eleven Cross-Border Logistics for international shipments.
▍Overseas Shipping Notice
Please ensure the recipient’s information is correct. If returned due to incorrect details, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
Each package must not exceed 5KG or a total dimension (L+W+H) of 105cm. Please place separate orders for larger items.
Delivery time varies by country, customs, holidays, or other conditions. Actual delivery depends on the local logistics provider.
Orders under 0.5KG will be charged as 1KG.
Shipping is calculated based on the higher of weight or volume after packing.
If you need to change the address after shipment, a change fee will apply.
Customs, duties, and any inspection fees will be borne by the buyer. If the shipment is refused and returned or destroyed, all costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
If the package is damaged, please take photos/videos and contact customer service immediately. We will assist you as soon as possible.
